Five days a week, I make a football podcast that has to be up by noon ET. I usually wake up at about 6 a.m. to start work on it, and it never fails: no matter how far ahead in the game I think I am on that day’s show, by noon I’m scrambling to get it up....
There's a theme to several notes that have come in over the past couple weeks (email us: chris@JuggernautPod.com):
"Why aren't you more overtly political on the show?"...
There's a vein of feedback I thought I might address. Nothing mean, nothing harsh, nothing like that. But I've gotten a bunch of emails and a Facebook post that have been along the lines of: "Don’t you have any guilty pleasures?"...

I'm trying very hard not to turn the Communiqués section of this site into a regular "You Know What Really Grinds My Gears" segment. So instead, let me talk about my experience of watching a play at the Public Theater in New York this past weekend....
I don’t have social anxiety, not exactly. Crowds don’t make me nervous. I can mingle. My former job required me to make presentations to conventions full of fantasy football enthusiasts, plus appear live on national TV a bunch....
Don DeLillo has this line I love: "I don't want your candor; I want your soul in a silver thimble." I love it so much, I almost called this podcast The Silver Thimble. But then I tried to imagine saying "Silver Thimble" ten times fast...
Given the nature of my day job, I'm guessing you found The Juggernaut via my other gig, The Harris Football Podcast. Am I right? Probably I'm right. But hopefully, you were curious, and you've heard me talk about...
